A member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and the Dean’s List of Merit, she holds a Master’s degree from the University of Pretoria and completed the Executive Development Programme (EDP) at Stellenbosch University.

Brian brings a strategic and analytically rigorous approach to operational excellence. Drawing on a strong engineering background, he combines technical acumen with proven business management capabilities to drive efficiency, innovation, and scalable growth.
At SM Attorneys, Brian serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the firm’s operational infrastructure, business processes, and organizational performance. His multidisciplinary experience across diverse sectors has equipped him with a nuanced understanding of complex organizational challenges and the strategic vision necessary to implement solutions that align operations with firm objectives.

Sizwe brings a wealth of valuable insight into critical areas such as compliance, risk management, and corporate governance at SM Attorneys. Holding impressive qualifications in Finance, specifically in Internal Auditing, and Law (LLB), Sizwe is currently broadening his expertise by pursuing an LLM in Corporate Law. This unique combination allows him to blend his robust legal training from the Practical Legal Training program (PLT) with a substantial background in business operations and strategy.
Sizwe plays a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s clients by developing and implementing effective compliance and legal strategies tailored to their unique needs.
